It's going to be a long and drawn out affair but should be interesting. Already IMHO there were activities reported that suggest criminal charges could be laid.
Apart from 'lending' money with no documentation, I'm thinking about the intent and activity of producing and presenting of a cheque that was drawn on an account with insufficient funds and then not cashed to suggest that a payment was made......
