Why do we need to register. They know who the shareholders are right?
accountants, lawyers, when all done the money is all gone. They r only interested in fees not in us. Making a list of existing shareholders costs how many chargable hours? Where is the share register?
it is simple. The loan needs to come back as there was no "work done" against it. That was the "reason"
for the loan.
Why cant this guy not just be thrown in jail. He is a bankrupt correct? Royal commision in the banks.
