I wonder is is possible to see the affidavit sworn on 8/5/19 by Brendan Francis Caridi. With 208 paragraphs is should be quite a document and I imagine it is that document that started the ball rolling. Does ACIC or any other organisation have a duty to disclose that affidavit on request?
My dream is that a leading light in FMG sees this as a reasonable cheap opportunity to expand the enterprise beyond iron ore and exerts some influence/power/knowledge to guide MED on the successful path that we al could see pregutnick, without of course leaving us the initiial visionaries in the lurch
