Well to date if we believe what has been reported they have Media Separation (DMS) and Tomra XRT machine commissioned, new scrubber was due August 2018 and Dense Medium Separation (DMS) circuit on order. That along with the existing infrastructure the Merlin mine was ready to go into full production mode with processing to increase from the 50 tonnes per hour to 100 tonnes per hour.
Reporting of diamond recovery and sales to date from current management is totally unreliable. If we add up the diamonds that have ended up in Gutnick pockets we would get a better picture of recoveries. Especially when we hear reports of Gutnick being followed by armed gunmen / security on site. One can only speculate the qty of diamonds hiding under the black trench coat, prayer shawl and broad-brimmed black fedora Jewish hat??
Whilst all the other shenanigans regarding AXIS loan has taken centre stage, lets not forget that in the right hands this asset is worth much more than the current measly market cap.
