Up date to long suffering Merlin shareholders .Just had a reply from a email from Deloitte Provisional Liquidator .Report is to go to count tomorrow re the assets on hand at Merlin and the matter will be heard in count some time in March 2020 Not sure if the report will be made public . We the shareholders may have to ask the count to make it public Maybe one of you are a legal Eagle and may know. Chrees. .
