The line is drawn after the close or before the open - or during the day if something develops then.....and traders have to live with that. The line should never be drawn 12 minutes after the open for an event that the directors and others would have clearly known before the open. That shouldn't be too hard to achieve....or maybe they could give an explanation....

A trader in specs has to deal with cap raisings...that is part of the game.....and there is usually plenty of "suspect" trading before and after which shouldn't happen but it does...thats the game.
But a halt 12 minutes into trading after huge volumes and price rise the day before.....well.....
I haven't ever traded PSY by the way, but was watching yesterday with a lot of scepticism...although some traders would have made a heap of money.
