agree. the closing price is 5.5c on 13/12/2013 which is friday. So i would predict that the placement negotiation happen during the weekends.
Once those SI know the CR price is 5.5c, they drive the price up and sold share they own , given that they know they will get back at 5.5c. Looking at the placement it is only 36mil shares and on monday around 90 mil shares traded.
I feel so sorry for those who (who bought the other 60mil shares) get in above 6-8c on Monday. ASIC should really investigate this
