So lets see now....the highly regarded board gave a commitment not to solicit any further offers for three months....will re-imburse the CI's costs if he just walks, and should this situation prompt an offer unsolicited from another company, CI gets first right of refusal...and for all this we get the priviledge of waiting untill CI has screwed ord and pref holders almost out of existence.
