To get things going he is absolutely confident not only that he can, but will. The Senegalese rules have to be complied with, and in many cases consents have to got, before any new management redirections or restructuring, can be put into operation. That takes considerable time in any jurisdiction. Remember that our subsidiary is 27% held by Senegalese, last I checked a very significant quantum of that holding was by local Senegalese municipalities, (if that is how one describes them). New director potentials have been mentioned to him. I personally expect that some first class good news will be forthcoming before the meeting called for is held.

I after speaking to others, including one of the protagonists, considering the facts, considering all the arguments that I am aware of, vacillated somewhat, but at the meeting, will vote for Alex remaining.
