how did you come to this conclusion. the part of them loosing their way from a slide in sales, as a result of fires. (i hope that is atleast the reason). management said they preferred to gain margins more than sales as a result of the acquisition. either that or i am seeing something else. or they lied. if so why didnt you sell out when t has 45 mill in ebitda. why sell when it has more ??
