My issue with MOZ is that like SFH before it who purchased Rivers and said they could turn it around and increase margins as a whole for the group thru a whole bunch of synergies & scale etc. And how did that turn out, it pretty much sunk SFH and if they didn't have City Chic in their portfolio of brands they would prob have gone under. MOZ picked up a bunch of unprofitable SFH brands and say how good is this and how much more EDBITDA it could create and synergies etc etc and just like SFH, they have failed to materialise. Mark twain said "History doesn't repeat itself but it often rhymes" so when first downgrade arose for MOZ just like it did for SFH, MOZ was no longer on my radar.
