Yes both done and dusted. If BTU is successful in this round, all that can be argued subsequnt are points of Law, But if their tactic is delay, delay, delay then maybe this outcome should not be unexpected.

not to be seen to influence the courts and....
they don't cop the heat.....
So, will they somehow magically make a speedy decision once / if a pro Bathurst decision is handed down. I doubt it.
They will dither just as they have shown is their form so as to give the impression they really were still and are deeply considering the issues.
Hurry up and sit tight is the current trend and ther is no reason to think that process is about to change.
