Your guess is good enough for me, hopefully the restrictions on the appeals process will stop anymore tom foolery on the anti BTU side of things. Was talking to a mate of mine who works as a driller up in stockton, he said the work is drying up pretty rapidly with the cutbacks and proposed belt tightening and what not at SE.

If we come away with a win on both cases its not really likely that DOC will throw a spanner in the works tho are they?
