    putting 30% of my super into this one...

    current NTA of 93 cents after 45+% written off in the last 2 years, 3.7X interest cover, saving millions after internalisation from B&B, next year dividend of at least 7 cents, around 16% for 44 cents s/p.

    don't wait for it to trace down, instos are buying heaps since last week.
