I agree 100% with you JID, and also can't resist being overweight in AJA and the sector in general, in fact I bought some more yesterday. I see AJA as an easy gain as long as the market remains steady for long enough, but there is no certainty of that of course. If the market does stay stable then I would expect steady gains until December when the SP should spike if the dividends are good.

I think the main reason that the Sp is so cheap is that instos aren't buying into it with the gearing so high (for them at least). When that lowers as it will when the property values increase again then the SP will accelerate. Until then we may see the SP continue at a discount, but surely higher than it is now).
