    In my view the Bow float is a strange one, they have no overly brilliant assets in AOE to justify spinning off there conventional assets. My guess is they struggled to find investors with CBM in the picture and wanted to distance the conventional assets from AOE to attract money or vice versa. The sell down is the biggest worry, why would anyone sell when free shares are being given out in 2-3 weeks?
    The next thing is floating a company on 10% stake is pretty thin. I think the board has been spooked or got greedy as they are also large shareholders. Nothing seems to add up.
