I suspect a lot of discussion/negotiations. This has allowed the SP to drift lower and then back up again but with no large transactions coming through.

The stage is set and the timing of any actions will be closing in.

I suspect a Dividend announcement in the new year so this one should pick up in the new year if nothing happens before hand.
