Deal-making aside, one notable thing is that, except for oil, GFF's commodity input costs have been going down (corn, soy, wheat, sugar, oats...) which should imply higher margins.

Lower commodity costs, lower financing costs, reduced headcount, streamlined distribution and product offerings, plus increased Asian revenue, etc., certainly make for a stronger investment case.
