Another selloff, but going into a dividend and with no anns? Very strange.

I just read their website and I have not the faintest idea what this company does, where it gets its money from, why its profits are unfranked, who its customers are, what the hell "enterprise solutions" and "help desk" are, and I dont like it.

Ive been holding this one for quite a long time, though I was offline when it hit its high and directors started selling off. My call is, technically, that 27c is a buy. However, the above makes me nervous.
