I do not hold either GPT or BJT. Found GPT whilst doing a search for high yield stocks and found the statistic quite glaring.
Have been sitting on the fence of BJT for a while and have been put of by the very low P/E ratio, assuming that the analysts have it right.
However the company is solid for all the reasons you point out. SP has improved significantly over the last 3 months and i have missed making gains, but imo has alot further to travel over the next few years.
My only other long term hold in a sector similar to this is MAP and quite happy with the performance and current yield.
Have never held an REIT, but this may be the first soon.
