All your questions except the ASIC one and the pierpont one are basic questions that should be asked by an investor when looking at at any exploration company.

The ASIC question is a little sinister in as much as if it is true then it is important but if you can't back it up then it is major mudslinging and stinks of vendetta.

Pierpont is doing a job writing about topical issues.
Where in his article did he say that mtn has been dishonest or ripped off the public?

I think you had better look at your sources (professional investors?? and brokers?!) and ask if yourself " who's the stooge". Your unsubstantiated claims bring a bad pong to this forum. Back them up and we will applaud. I think your being duped by your mates.
