Considering the latest opex reduction news, we're very highly leveraged to even slight improvements in the sector.
Just look at what happened in Feb this year, nudging 4.4c in a quick run that took 10 weeks only from the mid 2's, and that was when everyone thought it would cost $30/lb not $19/lb to make yellowcake.
