Its always nice to have panic, becuase that when you get the best deals...

Come Monday people will be irrational and sell their goodies at whatever cost. That is the simple fact of the stockmarket, and a bargain just may come your way.

CNP may not pay out a divvy this half year but thats all good, once they get their gearing right they will be paying out divvies again and the yield will be nice, and the capital appreciation will be even nicer to come along of it.

The worse case scenario would a fire sale of several assets, but even that will be good news, because itll be business as usual and at $2.00 fire sale NTA is still a bargain.
We have to remember that these are properties and not a business...If you go sell your home, you wont be selling it for a yield of 20% when market is say 6%.Its just the law of supply and demand.

If Centro ge a euqity injection then even better.

They will solve this one way or another and its going to be good news one way or another imo
