Global Nuclear Fuel-Americas, LLC and GE-Hitachi Global Laser Enrichment LLC (GLE) hereby submit a Standard Practice Procedures Plan for another GLE vendor facility, at the Edge Technologies, 126 Royal View Ln, Powell, Tn location, which will be doing business at Merrick and Company 1093 Commerce
Park Dr., Oak Ridge Tn., to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and request the issuance of an NRC Non-Possessing facility security clearance for this facility.

This request has been previously discussed with Mr. J. Keith Everly.
To support GLE project schedules, we request that NRC reviews and approvals be accomplished to support issuance of a facility clearance for this facility by Oct 10, 2010. To support this schedule, we request any initial NRC comments or questions regarding the SPPP by Oct 2, 2010, and an NRC readiness review for the SAIC Oak Ridge facility on or before Oct 11, 2010.

We will work With NRC staff to establish the actual review date.
