It's not a question I can give an opinion on from an economic point of view. GEH have clearly said that it can be used in CANDU or re-enriched, so both options are available to whoever decides to go with an ARC (and also puts a lie to the notion that only glass-encased waste comes out of the ARC). The Canadians seem to favour using a CANDU for economic reasons. If Silex can alter those economic calculations, then re-enrichment is a possibility. But, would the US allow Silex to be deployed globally, even if that was viable?
On the ARC in UK, they're building the EPRs which will supply the UNF, and they have the stockpile of Pu - ideal conditions for a PRISM to follow, and then an ARC.
