Interesting first post PPOInvest.

It makes me wistfully remember what it feels like when this company is not under a nuclear-winter-esque funding / validation cloud and was instead soaring through blue sky, many, many moons ago now. The streets don't forget, and nor does the chart from several years back. The potential if exposed to the TAM of osteoarthritis is gargantuan, or indeed if people just begin to really believe in the possibilities again en masse. However, the positivity has been sucked out of the story over many years by delays, cost-blowouts, subsequent dilutionary CR's, and a board who have routinely over-promised, and at times torched the markets ability to believe them unequivocally. Does that make this an outrageous bargain, oversold on multiple years of sour sentiment? Possibly. There is cause to believe that we will see those days again, with more powerful SP moves on a more regular and sustained basis. However, whether it be down to management, broker coverage, our bourse, or whatever else....this project has, sadly, so far struggled to bring on third-party backers who believe in it. Were that to change, PAR's outlook and performance could change dramatically with it, and it could realise valuations well beyond what most people might believe today.
