Unfortunately no one is going to give us $300-350 Million with a 5% free carry. I highly doubt we would even get 300 Million straight up.
Something was obviously a miss in the data room. Whatever it was, it wasn't good enough & it seems that it would be far to risky for any company at that sort of price now.
I don't see this scenario playing out.
