Realistically if someone made a takeover offer of around 0.035 per share they would then get 75% so thinking that would be a good deal for both parties currently. Would prefer that we held 5% free carried interest though.
We have had our data room open previously with 2D and only got the crap deal with Woodside from it so doubt if we have any of the majors knocking at the door now given the new data.
Hope Sintana can pull in some interest as without that, I'm not confident in the BOD to negotiate a better deal for us.
