Wiluna previously used a nelson in the process immediately before the Biox circuit. It was removed.

This 96 to 98% recovery you speak of. Is this total gold recovery through the entire plant, 96 to 98% recovery through Biox, including CCD losses, or 96 - 98% leach recovery of the Biox product?

Wiluna is capable of and has had 98% + Biox oxidation in the past.

The CIL leach recovery ex Biox at Wiluna is pretty good.

Chemical consumption at Wiluna could be reduced if some of the existing infrastructure was allowed to be used and not left half idle. Nelson on CCD underflow might help reduce cyanide consumption, lime consumption, and fouling of the carbon in CIL. Don't get me started on CCD overflow losses. So simple and so cost effective.

What is with your fascination with Biox? Sort out grinding, re-grinding and flotation then the fascination with gold in Biox will disappear. Again, there are some simple and effective solutions, implementation is another story.

It's one thing having the expertise, it's another thing being in a situation where you are given the opportunity apply that expertise.

Arguably, Wiluna could do with some more sentries for this incessant clean out of Biox reactors.
