Metallurgist, industrial chemist, chemical engineer, process engineer, minerals engineer, mineral processing engineer...these job titles tend to be pretty interchangable so thats not going to solve their problems.
If you have a mining engineer or a geologist running your processing plant, who's running the mine?
You can debate the process all you like, no amount of recovery improvement and fine tuning is going to fix the ore supply, power supply or mechanical issues that are preventing the existing acheivable recoveries from producing those gold bars.
