I was a holder in a company called Astro Japan. They were in essence a management and investment company in property. They paid a dividend and the true value to a shareholder could be seen immediately. Now if MMJ liquidates "today" and the funds were returned to the SH (you and all of us), then we would get the realized value returned to us, which is way above the SP. If this model works and their investments keep growing this could be 10 banger. My "Astro Japan" cost me 4, liquidated at over 7 and paid dividends so I say give it time, it is actually looking good.
