this probably is a dud...look at the numbers

Just doing some light reading, and it appears that ASTHMA isnt such a big deal after all....This is a link to a paper put out by the Canadian Asthma Society in 2005.

It states that at that time there were only 100 to 150,000,000 sufferers worldwide, and that in Canada alone ASTHMA in 1993, 12 Billion was spent on Asthma...In fact they stated that the increase in sufferers was aproximately 50% more each decade.

I think there's a couple of other countries around the globe that probably have the same bragging right....

Hang on, CNN state there are probably more than 300,000,000
sufferes worldwide, and that in western Europe, approximately 1 person dies every hour as a result of Asthma.

In Europe, they call their cost in at 17.7 Billion Euro. Hang on now, thats a big number, if I add that to Canada, then there sounds as if there is a multi multi billion dollar cost/industry/morbidity rate, actually THESE NOW LOOK LIKE BIG NUMBERs....

THE GLOBAL BURDON OF ASTHMA....Wow, a big read, but if I was investing in a company that was having a go with a mobile application, i'd want to read it.

Now I actually researched this ASTHMA thing a bit more, and now that I see this is becoming a bigger problem worldwide, than TB and HIV/AIDS combined, and by god, what a cost blow-out around the world, and what, 300,000,000 people afflicted, if someone would just come up with a portable home device that was cost effective, or even better, a mobile smart phone application, I'd probably invest some money in the company....This problem is outrages...I hope someone comes up with something soon..

If only someone would come up with some crazy company thats been battling away and just come up with a stupid idea like a smart phone application, and sell it for $20 or $30 bucks a hit, I dont know, Id probably call the company ISONEA...Sounds stupid, but hey, so is the concept.
