However I think a more probable outcome will be that smaller players will struggle to grow as they are further restricted in how they can advertise. This will help the larger players grow and protect market share given their extensive existing network and word of mouth in addition to large doctor networks. Profits will also likely grow, similar to what happened in the tobacco industry when advertising was banned.

still seeing companies like alternaleaf (montu) advertise illegally on Google. A matter of time until this gets cleaned up given the updated guidance.
