    I just copped 10% increase in Karrinyup. 2010 paid $350. Now paying $540 for same property. Perth always historically cheap on rental front. Just catching up in a hurry. Sales still terrible but housing demand for some of these gigantic projects will continue to push rental prices. House prices not going anywhere, credit growth is over for the time being. Rents and average mortgage repayments will meet some equilibrium, which is sad reality for Perth renters like me.
