Thanks, I was after the rental price, this was right in the middle of the GFC when every second mine was placed on care and maintenance so i obviously paid unders at that time. I remember the agent saying the property was worth around $3M which was a little over the top but she was using it a sales pitch to get the lease signed. Like many of the properties in that suburb it was owned by wealthy Malaysians. They see it as a safe, secure place for themselves and family in case racial tensions ever boil over in that part of the world.
