So Jason have you been in the property. The market decides what a property is worth. The market decided that 700 - 750
was the right price in late 2009. Now the market has decided that around $1200 is the right price. I have been in the property. it has a common wall, great basement garage, but some of the rooms bit small and privacy is an issue. The Estate is still under construction and for last two years earthworks and dust have been problems. The Estate is still not finished. I would think the correct rent is around $800pw. The fact that somebody has leased it at around $1200 is confirmation that the Perth rental market seems to be going silly.
