As previously stated, how do you know it was leased for $1,200? We know it was last advertised for that but I want to know if it indeed was leased for that. It's a simple question, I am just curious.
Yes, it looks like they have received a substantial increase since last listed, yet to be confirmed. Also, please note that they may have in fact been receiving 6 monthly increases since 2009 as we only know the advertised priced before it was leased, not the actual rent they were receiving.
Yes it was re-leased before the lease expired but so what. It was advertised for 36 days with a price drop before it got any takers.
I can't draw any conclusions from the evidence presented so far as whether "the top end is moving as well".
