I request all the shareholders to boot the management for their reckless activities. Management spent all the money for acquisition and million dollars salary. Now they are again asking money from the shareholder. They misguided shareholder all the time. Now 65% discount share placement will dilute the share price beyond recovery. May be this dilution is made for special purpose, normal shareholder would not touch this placement because of current company condition and then most of the placement will be given to the dark force.
