this legal judgement raises some very interesting questions about the search sector.
since onwership of "art" is copyright,it looks like Google have breached copyright in this case
which begs the question........is someones own web page copyright and Google et al have no right to not only crawl it but keep it on their database.
Me thinks lawyers will have fun with this for years.
will not be long before you are simply searching ads.......and having to pay for content like research material etc.
now that will be a twist.
BTW....LOOK report after market US time tomorrow morning and the buying yesterday and in recent days suggests LOOK is fully priced and no one is expecting any surprises.
