this rights issue is a joke

Come on all.

make sure you read the document fully.

There is no prospectus.
1. They have no money to pay for overdue audted accounts.
2. $806243 will be used for Current Liabilities (to whom is that owed to and what were the services provided)
3. Where is the business plan to get TAW out of th hole that has no diamonds and probably never had.

As I have said wipe this company out and chase the ones who are responsible for questionablt activities.
