Most likely true but if it is as obvious to us I am pretty sure ASIC will be able to catch on to their 3 million shares on the sell line yesterday. If that person owns then then ASIC might do nothing but if as others mentioned they were naked as in the person placing the order does not own them then that is illegal and should be easy to go after.
If not I just hope the market puts a tone of buying pressure on this party.
What happens if someone places an order for 500,000 shares to buy and hit his naked sell order?
