Time to kick off a fresh new thread. I reckon the previous $200 million market cap that @asxbigbull mentioned only took the WCC project into account. Now that TMG has the enviable US-based ACP antimony project and a tungsten asset, sticking to a $200 million valuation is way too conservative! I’m going to quote and tweak one of my earlier posts here. Some of you might have seen it already, but I think it’s worth sharing again to help new investors get a clear picture of TMG.

TMG – Right People. Right Project. Right Location. A Smart Strategy for a U.S. Main Board Listing.

TMG is quietly building something truly significant, not just another resources company, but a purpose-built critical minerals platform designed to support U.S. supply chain independence and deliver outsized long-term value.

At the heart of this strategy are four key elements that few junior explorers can genuinely claim:

    The Right People

    1. Andre Booyzen – The Mine Builder
Ex-GM of Costerfield, Andre led one of the world’s most successful antimony operations.
At TMG, he oversees overall execution from mine planning to offtake strategy and knows what it takes to get a complex antimony-gold system into production.

    2. David Bernhardt – U.S. Government & National Security Architect
Former U.S. Secretary of the Interior, Bernhardt now leads the Bernhardt Group, a top Washington D.C. strategy firm. With decades of bipartisan access across Congress and federal agencies, his mandate at TMG is clear: Position ACP (Antimony Canyon Project) as a national security asset, unlock U.S. funding pathways (e.g. FAST-41, DPA Title III), and cement TMG's place in America’s critical minerals agenda.

    3. James Graf – U.S. Capital Markets & SPAC Maestro
Recently appointed as Non-Executive Director, Graf brings 35+ years in global capital markets, including senior roles at Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch. He’s executed over US$2B in SPAC and IPO transactions, and now: Graf will spearhead TMG’s U.S. mainboard listing strategy, helping unlock U.S. capital flows and institutional investor interest.

    4. Chris Gregory – Global Antimony Exploration Expert
Ex-VP of Exploration at Mandalay Resources and a key architect of Costerfield (Australia’s only producing antimony-gold mine), Gregory has unmatched geological knowledge of antimony systems. He will drive exploration and development of the ACP project in Utah and advance smelting and downstream plans.

    5. Wiehann Kleynhans – Commercial Strategist & Offtake Specialist
Ex-SPMP executive, who led global offtake and smelter delivery at the world’s largest non-China antimony smelter in Oman. At TMG, he is leading U.S. smelter strategy and commercial partnerships, including government-backed smelting and funding initiatives.

    6. Ben Harris – U.S. Defence Insider
Ex-Chief of Staff for the U.S. Army’s $3B Armaments & Ammunition Program, Harris brings rare insight into Pentagon procurement and DPA funding channels. His focus: helping TMG align antimony supply with U.S. defence needs, especially DPA Title III and strategic offtake.

    7. David Fourie – Smelting Visionary
Ex-COO of SPMP, Fourie is one of the few executives globally with experience building and running an antimony smelter at scale. At TMG, he is architecting the West’s first Net Zero antimony processing solution, key to energy transition and ESG mandates.

The Right Project ( Monster antimony exploration target = 263.9kt )

    1. ACP Antimony Project, Utah (USA)

TMG’s Antimony Canyon Project is shaping up as a major critical minerals asset, with a defined Exploration Target of roughly 12.8 to 15.6 million tonnes grading between 0.75% and 1.5% antimony, that’s 96,000 to 234,000 tonnes of contained antimony metal. It’s backed by rigorous validation of historical US Bureau of Mines and Geological Survey data, combined with Trigg’s own fieldwork and digital modelling.

Spread over a 4.3 x 2.4 kilometre footprint with a consistent 3-metre mineralised thickness, the system boasts strong lateral continuity supported by over 30 historical mines and adits. The mineralisation is stratabound, hosted within stacked sandstone units, a classic and highly prospective geological setting.

This project is a cornerstone for TMG’s vision to secure domestic U.S. supply of critical antimony, aligning perfectly with government strategic interests and funding.

    2. Tennessee Mountain Tungsten Project, Nevada

This project boasts a historic resource of around 710,000 tonnes grading 0.3-0.5% WO₃, confirmed by the U.S. Defence Minerals Exploration Administration. The U.S. is critically short on domestic tungsten production, relying almost entirely on imports, so this is a huge opportunity. The geology is classic skarn-style mineralisation, with thick, high-grade lenses perfect for low-cost, open-pit mining. Tungsten’s importance can’t be overstated, it’s essential for military-grade weapons and cutting-edge aerospace tech. And with supply disruptions in China pushing tungsten prices to a 14-year high, TMG’s timing couldn’t be better.

    3. Wild Cattle Creek: Australia’s High-Grade Antimony Powerhouse

Trigg’s Wild Cattle Creek (WCC) deposit at the Achilles Project is now sitting at 1.52 million tonnes at 1.97% antimony, containing nearly 30,000 tonnes of high-grade Sb. This firmly secures WCC’s place as the second-largest antimony deposit in NSW and a cornerstone of Trigg’s Australian portfolio. Trigg is ramping up geophysics and drilling to unlock this monster further, aiming for a 100,000-tonne resource base. Wild Cattle Creek is shaping up to be a major player in the global critical minerals supply, complementing TMG’s strong U.S. projects and reinforcing its position as a diversified antimony leader.

    The Right Strategy

TMG is not playing a short game. It’s aiming high and building for it. The company is actively working towards a mainboard U.S. listing, which, if successful, could dramatically broaden access to capital, institutional support, and strategic investors.

    The Right Location

Located in Utah, Nevada, one of the most mining-friendly and strategically located states in the U.S., ACP sits on stable ground, literally and geopolitically. This gives TMG a pathway to leverage U.S. critical mineral policy, federal grants, tax incentives, and offtake opportunities with U.S. defence and tech.
