The same happened at Babock and Brown Infrastructure - Even though BBI worth 0c per share they were paid a few cents when the coy was restructured - with the $ coming from Pref share holder pockets.

Expect the same would happen here so the $88.21 would get a haircut. No winners in this scenario.
