Are they trying to avoid disgruntled PXUPA holders by negotiating with the Trust Board for a merger, and in the process get a better deal for PPX shareholders (their stated objective)? Looks that way to me. It is now a question of the competencies of the Trust Board to accurately reflect PXUPA holder intentions and rights during the course of such discussions.
