suggesting that Big Pharma is already stalking NEU, capping the price, then buying a dip, capping, buying?

This is not the domain of daytraders because the price range is by far too tight, further outside markets seem less relevant to NEU's sp. There is less than 0.001% shorts, so this is irrelevant, here:

PS 8s, I listened to that YMYC program's call on NEU, it was worthless. Not shooting the messenger at all, just the YMYC producers. The salesmen essentially/only talked their book. The show's off-air call-screener  (if there is one) should/must have a list of stocks the salesmen are familiar with so their pitch is better focused. And the hostess, shouldn't be so toothy-smiley when discussing horribly painful cancers. In other words, "Move along, move along, nothing to see here." Nevertheless thanks for posting that show.
