Sounds ok to me. The main thing is Shougang has approved the $40m loan. If it is coming in after Sept30 then bridging finance should be no problem. Can't understand why everyone seems to think the sp has something to do with the business plan?

I also can't understand Ed saying "I get the feeling they would have needed to liquidate". Liquidate what? I reckon we would get a couple of billion for the Rincon De Salar resource. The US would love to get their hands on 20% of the world's Lithium Brine deposits.

But now that the finance is worked out, next on the agenda is the RLL Lithium demerger.
