I was wondering the same thing.

I was also wondering how long would it take for Biosignal's interlectual property to find it's way to Dr D'Sylva's company Pharmaust (ASX:PAA). PAA has several laboratories, a couple of million dollars spare and a desparate need to resusitate their stalling pharmaceutical business.

If D'Sylva is a principal of Empire Investments which is controlling BOS's directors a proposal to work with PAA would not be surprising. It would place D'Sylva in an interesting position.

D'Sylva is an experienced businessman, hense the PhD, and I think the 'takeover' of BOS may be seen by ASCI as underhanded but legal. Even if one or more of the directors are re-instated their actions are now limited.

This stock is putting us through the wringer - no doubt about it.
