ASIC & ASX should interfere this deal because something is not right in behave of all shareholders, even without have a AGM with shareholders also, the price of deal is nothing.
So, to these who still hold their share may got good deal last stage. or even the takeover be cancelled by independent investigation if some findings was wrong.
I have noticed a lots of shares still tightly hold by share holders.- at the least give some fare value for each unit.
