subsidiary entered into a Share Sale Agreement with Petroleum International Investment
Corporation (“PIIC”) for 402,951,875 fully paid ordinary shares of Nido Petroleum Limited
(“Nido”) on July 30, 2014, in accordance with the resolutions of the Board of Directors Meeting

many innocent people lost money on this transaction, by Nido recommending that all share holders accept offer 5.5cps. just as the directors would be doing.

looks like they could have stayed on with the hope that share price will eventually rise.
