So, when shareholder meeting, CEO always says: create share value for all shareholders, but this case is not, CEO creates value for himself--- this is unprofessional behaviour in business term.
So many shareholders are loss their hard earnings money because of this very poor takeover demission made by CEO...
Something should be having a good look at this deal, must some findings to hide on table I reckon?
Where is independent body this is job would look at right now?
